Blue Russian Kiss

This drink is yummy. I mean, yummy. One, I found a new love for champagne after needing something "fun and bubbly" to go with chocolate covered strawberries at the end of spring semester last year. This drink is not only yummers (and boyfriend approved), but it's my favorite color!
- 4oz dry champagne
- 1/2oz blue curacao
- 1oz vodka
Shake the vodka and blue curacao over ice, pour into the bottom of a champagne glass (I use trumpet glasses, they hold 6oz). Pour champagne into glass, and watch the bubbly blue-ness in your glass. Enjoy!
